Wuthering Heights

I have read many books in which they mentioned Wuthering Heights a lot so I started wondering what this book is about.  I when to my grandfather library and I found that book so here I write to you a little biography of its author and a short summary of the book.

Wuthering Heights is the only novel published by Emily Brontë, she came from a family of writers her sister, wrote Jane Eyre and after the big success of her book the publishers decided to publish Emily´s book but as her sister she used a boy name.

This book tells the story of Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, Catherine´s father adopted a little boy that he found in the town, he was Heathcliff, everyone hated Heathcliff except Catherine and her father, when her father died, her brother started to be so rude with Heathcliff and he decided to scape.  Catherine got married with her neighbor Edgar Linton and when Heathcliff returned he felt desperated so he got married with Edgar´s sister.

After a fight with Heathcliff, Catherine had her baby and died.  After six months Heathcliff´s baby born. Catherine Linton the daughter of Edgar and Catherine grew up and she realizes that she had a cousin.  He lived with them for one week after his mother died and Catherine liked a lot him but Heathcliff came to take his son to Wuthering Heights.  After many things Heathcliff achieved that Catherine married his son because he wanted to get all her fortune.  Linton died and Catherine stayed living with Heathcliff where she met her other cousin that was the son of her mother´s brother.  After such a lot of things Heathcliff died and Catherine fell in love with her cousin they  inherit Wuthering Heights and Catherine´s house and they were planning to get married.
