Water: Try to drink at least 2 litters of water. It
will also help your skin.

Food: Try to eat many fruits and vegetables it will
make your hair grow longer, stronger and healthier.

Elastic
Bands: Never use elastic bands to secure hair unless they have fabric covering
them.
